1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "You") and tg7716.cam ("tg7716," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the tg7716 platform, including all games, services, features, content, and applications offered through our website at tg7716.cam and any associated mobile applications.

2.2 Account Creation and Verification

You may register only one (1) account per person. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. tg7716 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and we reserve the right to request additional verification if we suspect multiple account usage.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

You are required to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before making withdrawals. This process requires submission of valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and in some cases, a selfie holding your identification document. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at our discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. • Persons who are self-excluded from gambling activities through PAGCOR or other regulatory bodies
• Individuals acting on behalf of third parties or holding accounts for the benefit of others
• Professional gambling syndicates or betting operations using tg7716 for commercial purposes

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Terms

3.1 Deposits

All deposits and transactions on tg7716 are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). We accept deposits through various payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers from BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks, and other payment channels as displayed on your account dashboard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process.

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and external factors beyond our control. tg7716 does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

You may only deposit funds from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to reverse any deposit and return it to the source if we determine it originated from a third party or if we have reasonable grounds to believe the deposit may be fraudulent or associated with money laundering activities.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and compliance with our anti-money laundering policies. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in your account dashboard.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name matching the name on your tg7716 account. We will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds may be subject to additional verification procedures.

Withdrawal limits apply on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, and these limits are clearly stated in your account dashboard. VIP players may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits based on their account status.

3.3 Fees and Charges

tg7716 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own fees for receiving funds. If you make excessive withdrawal requests in a short time period, we reserve the right to consolidate withdrawals and may charge a processing fee to cover administrative costs.

3.4 Dormant Accounts

If your account remains inactive (no login, deposits, or bets) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, it will be classified as a dormant account. We may charge a monthly maintenance fee of PHP 100 on dormant accounts, deducted from your account balance. If your balance falls below PHP 100, the account will be closed and any remaining balance forfeited. You will receive email notification before your account is classified as dormant.

4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

4.1 General Betting Rules

It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing bets. Settlement of sports bets is based on official results provided by the relevant sports governing body or official statistics provider. In cases where official results are unavailable or disputed, we will use the most reliable independent sources available. If a sports event is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within seventy-two (72) hours of the original scheduled start time, or unless specific market rules state otherwise.

4.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms, potentially resulting in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or loopholes

5. Bonuses and Promotions

The tg7716 trademark, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of tg7716 or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the tg7716 platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the tg7716 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, exploit, or otherwise commercialize any portion of the tg7716 platform, its content, or your account without our express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tg7716, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the tg7716 platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform
• Any content obtained from the platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in service
• Loss of winnings due to user error, system malfunction, or erroneous game outcomes

Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the tg7716 platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to your account in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

tg7716 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, and with or without cause, including but not limited to situations where:

• You breach any provision of these Terms or our other policies
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory directive
• We suspect fraudulent activity, collusion, or any form of cheating
• You fail to provide requested verification documents
• You become abusive or threatening toward our staff or other players
• We identify duplicate accounts linked to you
• You engage in any activity that we determine to be harmful to tg7716 or other users

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the tg7716 platform. We will return any remaining balance in your account (minus any amounts owed to us or disputed) to you via a method of our choosing, provided your account is fully verified and you have not breached these Terms in a manner that justifies forfeiture of funds.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before processing your closure request, we will settle all outstanding bets and transactions. If you have a remaining balance, you must request a withdrawal before account closure. Accounts may not be reopened once voluntarily closed, except in cases of self-exclusion where specific reopening procedures apply.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of tg7716 services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) in accordance with its Arbitration Rules then in effect. The seat of arbitration shall be Metro Manila, Philippines. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The award rendered by the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the parties, and judgment may be entered thereon in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Many disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication. If we are unable to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days of your initial contact, either party may proceed to arbitration.
